Roger Guerrero holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad La Salle and a Master’s degree in Industrial Management. He has more than 22 years of experience in motion control, drives, and automation, with a strong background in application engineering, program management, project management, marketing, sales, and general management across multiple industry segments.
His career at Siemens began in 2000 as a Project Engineer, where he supervised and coordinated the successful delivery of large-scale projects across multifunctional teams, while also driving early digitalization initiatives in various industries through Siemens’ automation and drives portfolio.
Throughout his tenure at Siemens, Roger has continuously expanded his expertise by holding roles such as Product Engineer, Business Unit Manager, Vertical Sales Manager, Regional Manager, and currently serves as Head of Factory Automation and Motion Control.
Roger is a passionate, energetic, and results-oriented leader who brings teams together and delivers strong outcomes through a deep understanding of market requirements, operational improvements, and a clear focus on supporting industries in increasing their efficiency and competitiveness.
